EBPV question

Is there a simple way to permanatly open the EBPV on my 95? I unplugged the connection on the drivers side by the turbo but it still closes when its cold. I think it gets stuck or something cause it takes like 10-15 minutes to finally open... even on hi idle tune. It has gotten a little cold lately but not to bad, 35-40* at the lowest.

Bump, It gets pretty annoying wait for the thing to open up after school everyday. Not to mention the idle sounds like **** when its closed, sounds like its blowing exhaust through a non-spinning turbo or something.

If you unplugged it, it shouldn't be closing. Did you get the right plug?

You can pull the housing out and gut and plug it.

Unplug the one in front of the fuel filter bowl more towards the passenger side of the motor. It has a metal tube that comes out of the bottom of it.
