The switches on the left (3 blue) look like ARB and the quantity would be right. 1 for compressor 1 front 1 rear.

The back of the box appears to be a Tuffy box. Commonly sold for 4x4s. The front is just added on. LOL He has an Art Carr gate shifter in the console but still has the shifter on the column. JJ

check out if there are any local ambulance or brush truck manufacturers around. they'll have alot of experience making consoles like that as well.
