another no start!

E350 97 7.3 , found my slow crank problem , fixed that , now it only starts when it wants ,oil is in the hpop, new cps , it runs great when it starts , does not die , it can get to operating temps , i shut it off not even a minute goes by and i try cranking and it just cranks , but does not fire , here is a video

cant recall seeing smoke , only saw it when it first fired up after that when we shut it off no , i went to start it just now and after only sitting for an hour with 2 new batteries in it there both dead , so now i ave 2 problems , when i go to hook the batteries up they spark a little bit but i read thats cause the gpr allways has 12 volts going to it? or the door lights ect

Need to find your current draw now too, but not even white smoke while cranking?

Get the thing on a scanner see what its doin rpm signal, icp, ipr, map, eot those are all important along with pressure which you will need a gauge for that
