Alternator for e350 Ambulance Package??

Hi,

I'm having a real hard time finding an alternator for a 95 e350 ambulance package..
the shop can't find one, says the ambulance package ones are hard to find.. rebuilding one elsewhere was quoted as 700 dollars...

Is there somewhere online i could find one at? it's a 160amp 310950 serial#, model 24170...

Do you have ambulance. If not you can send it to DB electrical and for 90.00 they can trun yours in to a 210amp.

I buy all my Leece Neville alternators from Car Quest. I have managed to get them from Orielly's before (Dixie alternators remans), but I had really bad luck with them. I get rebuilt Leece Neville's from Carquest that seem to be working really well. Now, this is on the old IDI Diesel 1994 trucks that I still have. The '95 and '97 PSD's have a different alternator, and luckily I haven't had to deal with replacing those yet.
