ABS Light

My ABS light is on and also under semi hard braking my rear brakes are locking up. Not sure if its one or both tires that do it but I hear it skid on occassion. Any thoughts. Speedo seems to be working fine.

With the key off look under the passenger side of the dash (around glove box area) for a black wire with orange stripe. Short it to a ground and get into the drivers seat with a pen and paper. Rotate the key to run (not start) and start counting the ABS light flashes. It can flash between 2 and 16 times for a code. If there are more than one codes there will be a long wait between the flashes. Report back with the counts.
