tailgate
my tailgate is bent i was wondering if i can put a 97 tailgaate on a 1996?

Yes you can the only difference is they got rid of the big tin piece of metal and put a small bade ford and a small badge F-150 F-250 Or f-350 exactly how the 99 ford is setup.

not a straight bolt on. the 92 - 96 are the same. some changes were made in 97. my tailgate is bent also.

i kinda like the 97 modle i mean the stanless steel thing is a pain the brackets ae broken and is only held on with the 4 nuts so it vibates annoyingly
