wild fuel pressure 110+ psi pulses

I wanted to check my fuel pressure on my truck a couple of times, and tried diffrent gauges because I feel its down on power. I plug it onto the schrader, and the needle rapidly swings from 20-100psi at like mach 5. If I bring the revs up, it gets even worse and just pins the gauge out. Swingin wild like 20-110+

Original fuel pump, bowl heater disconnected, water in fuel disconnected, filter minder disconnected.

I heard its supposed to sway a bit being a mechanical pump, but theres no way to read this thing!
