lol i love these enginering quirks. espicially the 02 chevy 2500hd i had. when changing the oil, after pulling the bolt the oil would shoot out and hit the exaust pipe, then would dribble down into the oil pan shield, not only creating a mess on the pipe and in the shield, but would also create a 6 inch wide falling mess.

mine def works. when i bought my truck, it was on and off. i drained the filter and changed it. light comes on no more.
