can use some pointers

hey guys, im new to this forum. i just picked up a 95 powerstroke E-350 2wd van. im starting my own electrical buisness shortly and needed something for work. stumbled on what i think could turn out to be a great deal.
its a 95 psd with only 102k on the clock. previous owner said the trans was redone shortly before he bought it and shortly after he bought it he did glow plugs and injector harness. this thing starts right up idles great with no smoke, even after sitting for the winter this far and not plugged in! (doesnt have block heater option)
any way the down fall is it needs brake lines and there is some good body rot on the front and rear of the back wheel wells. frame and spring perches are super solid, and it is structualy sound. preivous owner said van sat for last few yrs and that when the body rot started.
so what im getting at is any pointers anybody may have on redoing all the brake lines from front to back??
and also how to go about tackleing the rot? im going to get it wraped so it doesnt have to be perfect but the metal does need to be cut out?
i would also like to find a nice used downpipe, programmer, and cold air intake.
im located in south ocean county nj any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance for help.
