95 F250 4x4 rebuild

New to the forum and new to powerstrokes. I just picked up a 95 F250 a few months ago not running for 1500 bucks. The truck has a 5 speed trans and already has a bigger down pipe with dual exhaust. Here it is with the ugly utility bed which was scrapped.

The PO ran it on veggie oil and the truck sat for a few years and both fuel tanks and lines got all gummed up.
I got new/used fuel tanks for it and a new fuel pump and it was alive.

I ran across a good deal on a 91 f350 diesel 4x4 for parts . I swapped the bed, front axle, and tires, kept the banks turbo for my brothers 86 F350 and parted out the rest.

I ordered the 2.5 rsk from pmf and picked up superduty v code front springs and I believe B code rears and used a 4" block. Heres how it sits now.

I just ordered a ts chip and glow shift gauges for it. Next is maybe building a winch bumper for it.
