Almost found out the hard way

Well my truck as progressively getting harder and harder to start and finally quit starting without being plugged in. checked the relay no problems there must be the glow plugs. although the glow plugs were replaces three months a go with some autolites (ones that my father purchased) and almost resulted in some catastrophic failures. luckily i caught em in time an now have motorcrafts.

Very lucky...

There should be some way to get those damn autolites pulled off the market.

I'm curious about the Diesel RX ones that rosewood sells, but I put ZD-11's in my truck

I would think they should be responsible for that crap but if not i hope this help people steer away from even considering them.

Can, but much less likely.

You can also usually work them out, wiggle up and down with a set of small vicegrips.

Or put a thick hunk of wood over it and start the engine
