zf 5spd bellhousing

is the trans from a 460 the same as one for a 7.3?

02 ex limited 7.3 mbrp 4in. exhaust. 6 speed swap. southbend clutch. f250 springs front and rear.

bellhousing bolt pattern is what i am asking about yes they have a bellhousing it is part of the tranny

Are the internals the same (strength) between gas and diesel zf5s?

97 F-250 CCSB 4x4 7.3 E40D 305,000 miles 285/75/16 Cooper Discoverer at3s' diy 6637 intake diamond eye 4in stainless turbo back straight pipe auto meter pyro, trans temp and boost gages on triple a pillar pod baby swamps and php hydra chip - paid off 335hp 704tq currently getting 12.5 mpg hwy

the top two bolts are either closer together or further apart on the gasser trans than the diesel. either way they will not fit. also the gasser trans will have a wide ratio gear set which sucks behind the diesel
