Fuel System, but what are they?

What are the names of these two parts? After replacing my drain valve o-rings yesterday, I started up my 96 PSD, I noticed that I had a leak where two parts meet on the top drivers side of the fuel bowl. One looks like a sensor, and the other has two or three fuel lines running to it. This morning, I took the two parts apart, and put Teflon tape on the threads, and began to tighten it back up. I hadn't even got it tight, before it broke out of the assembly. If someone could tell me what they are, and a RESONABLY PRICE, because it looks expensive, place to get them, I would appreciate it.
