Fuel leak help

I have a constant dripping fuel leak from the right side of the fuel bowl at idel. It is coming out of the weird looking bolt-like object that is screwed itno the filter housing and has a wire hooked up to it at it's end. What is this called and do I need to replace it?
Thanks alot!
Mark

You need to repleace it or put a 1/8 NPT plug there, dont overtighten.
