Repalcing Fron Main Seal on Transmission

I am going to replace the Front Main Seal on my transmission (leaking bad). What is the recommended replacement seal? Where is the cheapest place to find the seal and the bushing? Any good tips for replacing it? I am starting out with zero knowledge and am just going to figure it out as I go. Also, if I took it somewhere, how much might it cost me?

E4OD is the transmission. I read something about a Viton seal being much better. Any tips for a new bushing?

Trucker 01 before u do that take it to a shop and have it checked out. Thought for sure mine was bad ended up being the hop way down low and loose hop fittings. That oil drains out a hole in the bottom of the valley on the back of the block and runs down between the block and flex plate. Did the research and the trannys don't normally do that, also after the shop pulled it down, sure nuff seal was great Reinstalled after the discovery of the hpop. I want to say labor alone was somewhere near 500? Can't remember for sure.
