Is my 95 F250 powerstroke OBDII or OBDI

I have a 1995 F250 powerstroke and I've heard people swear that ford programmed the 95's with OBDII and I've heard people swear that 94 and 95's were incapable of OBDII. I have the obdII port but I'm still not sure which mine is. Is there any definite way to tell? I am wondering this because I'm interested in the Edge 85200 CTS Diesel Evolution. It claims to work on 7.3's from 94.5 to 2003 but it says nothing about requiring OBDII but from what I've heard programmers require OBDII

your truck is ODB2 compatible but not compliant. Meaning you have to have special software to make it work but I run an edge CTS on my truck

Ive been told that some are and some are nor. Depends on build date. Best thing to do is head to an autoparts store. Borrow a tester and plug her in. Ive got a 95 and mine is obdII. I can get in read codes delete them etc. I could be wrong. Its happened once but wither way id be careful with the edge. Ive heard mixed reviews

Your truck IS obd2, very seldomly Will a parts store have a code reader on hand that can read our trucks tho, you WILL need special software to read it, and

The edge cts is a monitoring device capable of reading our trucks for codes, faults, and vitals, I use a dp tuner infinity tho, even the 94.5 rigs are capable, but some older ones require a PCM flash, dp tuner and your local dealer should be able to help there if that be the case
