2002+ Steering Wheel?

Just curious, but will a 2002 steering wheel fit in a 1997 truck? The lighted cruise switches are awfully nice, and the steering wheel has a nicer feel to it...

Thanks!

So much for constructive replies. Perhaps those who reply should READ my question before replying with a bogus answer about how much work it might be.

Now, back to the topic, please...

Well the Original question, wasn't clear....

You asked if it would FIT.......

Simple Answer....NO

Long Answer.....MAYBE

It will not be plug and play or bolt up....it would have to be a completely CUSTOM mount and Custom electronics to have it work correctly.....

so....VERY LONG ANSWER....sure, if you have the knowledge, time and tools....anything is possible....

On another forum someone put an excursion steering wheel on an OBS, it looked good.
I think it was bolt-on but I'm not sure about the wiring. Is there a way to post a link to another forum without getting deleted?

I thought the mounting was a bit different from the OBS to the superduty...
