Glow Plug Relay wiring question

I have a 97 F250 4x4 with a plow. I didn't install the plow or its wiring so I am unsure if it is done right.

My glow plug relay (that i replaced last year) is shot again. Its smoking and only putting .88 volts through. I was going to replace it with the Stancor 586-902. But my main question is with the wiring. The larger cable that supplies power to the relay is connected to another relay on the passenger fender. Is this correct? Or should it go right to the positive side of the battery?

Its -40 with windchill out here and its not starting with it being plugged in and a battery charger in 200amp start mode on it. Im letting it charge a little more (@50amps) and then will go out and jump the relay and see if that will do it.

Also, are there any local places that carry the Stancor relay or do I need to order that online?

Yes, it is supposed to be connected to the relay on the fender. At that relay it is on the non-switched battery side of the relay. If you feel that you are going through relays fast test all the wiring from the GPR back to the battery. If there is a bad supply wire the GPR will be pulling extra amps to compensate. This will pop the GPR sooner then intended.

As for the relay.. unless you just LIKE to spend lots of money, the Western Plow 56131K is a very good, cheaper (price-wise) relay. $14.99 at Russo Power.
