Ticking sound

I have a ticking sound that can be heard in the cab, on the passenger side, its almost constant, it corresponds to the speed of the engine, it almost sounds like a valve or lifter, or could it be an injector? The truck runs good, no power loss, mpg as good as it is going to get, doesnt sound like an exhaust leak, I just need some ideas to look at.

I would double check for exhaust leaks. The passenger side exhaust manifolds like to loosen up at the rear and cause a ticking sound. I have also heard torque converters make a ticking noise when on there way out.
