Poly v. Rubber Body Bushings???

Its time to do the body-frame bushings on the truck...The OEM rubber is pretty trashed and the cab is moving around quite a bit while driving. I am temped to go the poly route so I only have to do it once and its done! However, I am a little leary because I am afraid that it may negatively affect the ride. I did the front suspension with poly bushings which was fine, however when I did the rear suspension bushings with poly the ride suffered greatly (a lot of small jarring bumps while driving) and I ended up pulling them back out and replacing with rubber. Wondering if anyone could share their experiences with replacing the body bushings with poly and what you thought....

you always want to go with poly......it won't rot or deteriorate like rubber will..... your ride will not be affected.... I just replaced every bushing on the bronco with Energy Suspensions and/or Daystar and the ride got better

Bushings

I have poly in my 92 and love it! Just make sure you use lube, even on the body mount bushings, otherwise you could develope some annoying squeaks.
