Question E superduty died and IDM location

Our church has a 97 e superduty van for a bus route and a week ago it was running perfectly and all the sudden lost power and died . It hasnt run since. we hauled it to our local ford dealer and they installed the new cam sensor. still no start. we checked for fuel and also replaced the filter and still nothing and the fuel filter was full.checked oil level in hpop rs. and it was up we ran codes and got a p1212 and something on the IDM. my ?? is where is the idm located and if anyone has an Idea as to why this thing won't run please feel free to steer me in the correct direction all help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

the idm should be on the drivers side on top of the fender well.Real easy to swap or get to.

On superduties it is under the fender well and you have to take the wheel well off to get to it.

what it will look like but the part #'s if you can read them would be different
