Exclamation Track Bar Bracket tore off axle.

So I noticed my track bar was hanging down this morning, the bracket has ripped off of the axle, it seems that the bracket is actually welded to the axle, any suggestions as to how I would fix it? It is pretty mangled and i do not foresee it being able to be welded, any input would be greatly appreciated.
Bad start to a Monday.

I'm going to assume this is an f350. Could you post a pic to clarify what the problem is?

You broke your u bolt plate on the axle? Or at least thats what it sounds like. Those plates are welded to the axle and you really cant get them. To fix this you will be into some custom fab work

Yea I live in Vermont so fighting rust is a constant battle. So there is no way to relocate it or anything? I have no way to engineer or weld a new one for myself which means I will have to bring it somewhere, which I'm sure will be $$$.
I really appreciate all your help and quick responses.
