Truck shuddering under power.

My truck has started running odd when I try to take off hard or roll onto the throttle really fast it starts stuttering but not really like a miss though. But when I give it throttle slowly and steadily I can wind it up without a shudder any ideas?

A stutter from the engine would very much be a misfire.
Is there any other symptoms such as smoke, or cel? Does engine temp make a difference?
does it seem to go away?

It doesn't seem to do it when cold or not up to operating temp. No smoke or cel light coming on either.

I honestly dont know then at this point. You have a stutter when the engine is at operating temp and under mild to heavy accel. Do you have gauges (boost, egt, trans) and if so what do they read when this is happening?

I have a boost gauge and it just don't build boost cause its stuttering when trying to accelerate under half throttle quickly I can hit 20 psi max and that's in a hard steady 5th gear pull on the high tune. When my truck is in any gear running around 2000 rpm the turbo spools I can floor it and it is fine but I can only hit around 10 psi in the first 4 gears. There is no soot on up pipes and boots on y manifold are good. My fuel pressure is a constant 65 psi even under load.My egt took a crap on me I got another one ordered.

Maybe depending on the oil. Have someone put it on a scanner that can monitor live data. Then go run the truck and watch the hpop (icp), lpop, ipr, eot, ect, rpm, boost pressure, injector pulse width.
Also check for soft codes that may not be triggering the cel.
