Do You guys have these problems?

Do you guys have problems with altenators going bad? i have to buy my third altenator so far this year. the first one stop working the second on the bearings went out and the one that is on my truck the plastic that is in it is melting... i also have problems with starters going bad

I havent had any problems with my alternator, I have gone through one starter but that was after 130000 miles

Had problems with cheap reman starters/alternators from places like auto zone. Didn't take long for me to cough up the extra $ and get the top of the line reman from napa or new one from the dealer. Same thing for water pumps. Reman water pumps generally suck too.
