looking at a 95

So theres this 95 f-350 forsale down the road, but the truck is in bad shape cosmetically, the paints faded and the interior is filthy, but the motor runs great and the body is solid, its 1000, is it worth getting?

Whats the mileage on it, also make sure that the regular maintence has been done, any accidents, is there a lot of rust under it. For that price as long as everything looks good I would say go for it.

heck i dont know what scrape metal is going for around you but you could get that back just at the scrape yard here in michigan

I can get some pictures, im on a tight budget, the truck i mentioned in previous posts is actually my dads, im just on his account, but the truck has 97xxx miles on it, and the frame and everything seems to be dirty but not rusted..

the only thing is the front end might need some work that is what i ran into. old farm trucks tend to have that problem other than that sounds like a good deal

yeah, im sure it needs work, but for a thou. i wouldnt think you could go wrong. i know if i found an obs local(especially a f350) with 97k on it, i would buy on the spot. good luck. keep us updated man

I had to have most of the front end rebuilt on mine too and I paid 8 thousand for my truck so for a thousand with that mileage I would get it right away
