The problem of a side-exhaust!!! (pics)

Hey All,

I encountered a problem with having a side-exhaust before the rear tire. I was on my way to work the other day on the beautiful roads of Detroit when something came off the road I think with help from the front tire and it just destroyed my stainless 5" tip!! I am very glad that it hit that and not the fiberglass dually fender!!!

That could have happened even with it behind the tire. Probably more common to have happened behind the tire. Just put it on the Mayors tab.

wow! musta been a piece of pipe or something. good thing exhaust tips are cheaper then fenders.

dam devlyn that sucks. gotta love michigan roads lol. like rankroddin said tho, better the tip than the fender.

It looks like it hit hard enough that it would have chucked a hole right in you fender? Bad deal!!
