H2O leak somewhere...worried

I noticed any time i wash the truck or it gets rained on, i have substantial water on my carpet under the go peddle and brake peddle...how the F is water getting in and dumping water there? I also noticed my steering getting squeaky from in the dash (not outside)...any ideas guys?

hows the seal around windshield?and what about were the water sprayer for windshields is?you know water gets in there.my work truck leaks at D side top of windshield and leaks down.

I was having this problem with my 88. It had rust in the rain gutters and when ever it rained the carpet would be wet. Well since getting it back from the body shop to get the rust fixed and it also got a new windshield it hasn't leaked once.
