I have used my APEX tool on a 1995 F-350. The 1995 model is not OBD-II so a regular scan tool won't work. I have the Ford factory data program they sell and it worked pretty well on the F-350. I found the web site, it's OBDScan Duke |

Yes, so did my Uncle's truck, but it would nor respond to an OBD-II ELM tool. I'm told 1995 was a transition from the old Ford standard to the OBD-II, but the 95 Powerstrokes were not OBD-II compliant. Duke |
