help with fuel system pls!!

hi i am having aproblem with my 95e350 7.3. my truck was idling for about 5 min and i noticed it started running rough and loud. i shut off the truck and now it wont start. i'm guessing its a fuel problem. i located the fuel filter but i cant find the drain. im lost here as i'm new to diesel. does anyone know were i can drain the water out of the system or where the fuel pump is located or the primary pump. thanks

If it any thing like my 97 the drain is on the front left side of the bowl might be a yellow handle

Just another thought. How about engine oil? Enough in it?

I did see that yellow handle tried pulling, twisting but i was unsure what it was. now that i know i'll take a better shot at it. do you knwo where the primary pump is located

try switching tanks

the yeloow handle swings; being pointed toward the front or fender. It doesn't twist, pull, etc...
