OBS 8ft Bed Removal

Replacing my beat bed with a clean one. Lead me in the right direction

2003 GMC Sierra 2500hd Duramax Diesel ZF6 6 Speed manual. Bone stock except 4'' exhaust

What do u need to know? How to remove it? I believe 6 or 8 tied bolts on the bed floor and disconnect harness for tails and the fill for the tanks. Pretty straight forward. Nice to have a wire wheel and some undercoating and do the frame while the bed is off.
