96 F-350 Power problems

I have a good one for all of you. Please e-mail any suggestions. I have a 96 f-350, with a 7.3 powerstroke. It has 215,000, oil has been changed every 3000 since I had it. Now while driving at top speeds, passing gear... my truck shutters and almost dies. Once I pull off and cut it off, it starts right up with a miminal miss. It only does this if I put my foot in her. I took a sample of fuel from the filter housing, no water or clouds are in it. Fuel filter was replaced, and now I am at a lose. No check engine lights, water, or fuel filter lights come on. Has anyone ran into this before???? Please help me with some thoughts.

COULD BE YOUR LIFT PUMP IS GETTING WEAK. AND NOT SUPPLYING FUEL UNDER A HEAVY LOAD. YOU CAN TAP A GAUGE INTO IT AND SEE WHAT IT SAYS AS YOU DRIVE. SHOULD NOT DROP AT FULL LOAD BELOW ABOUT 3-4 LBS. PSI.
