Wiring glow plugs

I bought the pigtail to wire in going go the valve cover and I got started and I'm not sure what I'm even looking at any more, what kinda mess is this and what is it supposed to look like

What part are u unsure of. The plug pigtail should go wire for wire color for color. The bare metal wire is a shielding wire to reduce inductive electrical interfearance with the injectors
