95 Cab and Chassis with oil leak, buy or no buy

I am looking a t a 1995 F350 cab and chassis 5 speed with 185000 and a flat bed. Steering is tight and everything seems good to go other than an oil leak on the front of the engine. This will be a farm truck and at 3 grand I think it is a good deal. What do you guys think?

depends where the leak is, could be oil pan or could be front main or could be HPOP reservoir leaking. A front leak is usually a little more involved than a rear leak as the rear is normally the drain hole for the valley. For 3 grand id buy it if its not rotted out (idk where in the world the truck is)

I agree with this, but do you have piks of the truck to let us know the condition of the rest? Is it a small leak or a big one? Any idea where it comes from at all?

Thanks for the input!

I have no idea where the leak is coming from.

There is minor rust on the frame, but nothing a little sanding and paint won't fix. Looks like he's kept the grease fittings greased.

looks clean yet used. Honestly for 3 grand its worth it. If I had use for a flat bed Id buy it. Unless its pissing oil out then its not a huge deal and can be tracked down as you go
