4" exhaust on OBS???

Is 4" an option..my buddy said he can only fit 3" on his 96 and the exhaust dealer im talking to says run 4"?!?!? will 4" fit on a 97?

On those original PSD's, the down pipe was oval shaped because of the limited space between the block and the back of the engine bay. You can definately put a 4" exhaust in there but you've gotta bend some metal.

He's probably talking about the down pipe. The down pipe can start out at 3", and then it goes to 4" the rest of the way.

I know my limit is 3" on the DP but im asking about the pipe from the DP to the tip...
