0-60 times in obs.
hey guys i just want your opinions on my 0-60 time.i would also like to compare to your times as well.so my truck has 35's,4in lift,3.55 gear,dp tuner,3in dp,strait pipe, and a 5 speed with bad syncros.i just timed myself 0 to 60 on economy setting and then performance setting.both runs were starting in 2nd gear.economy was 20.3sec to 60.next run in performance was 15.4 sec.i was shifting as fast as my syncros would let me,is this slow for my truck set up as it is?also post your times if you have them, thanks brian.

You need a auto for fast times..Stock with a TW chip I could break 10 sec. With my mods 5's are easy in extreme.

Gears and syncro's would help out a lot.

Agreed. But if you are going through the hassle, convert to a auto setup. |

I timed mine at 9.6 with the mods in my sig. I thought it seemed fast for what I have done. Not to hijack but do you think I timed wrong?

yea it seems fast to me,if i was to guess i would say you would be in the 13sec. range, because of the auto and 4.10's and stock tires,i have the opposite of everything you have.im a supercab,35's,4inch lift,3.55 gear, manual with bad syncros.

I was hoping it was right. We did it twice and ran a 9.9 and then a 9.6 both with 2wd launches at only around 5 psi boost on the launch (tires spin in 2wd with anymore boost)

according to a calculator mine was very low 4's on nitrous. the calculators figured 0-60 based off the 60' time and 1/8 ET and trap speed. I cannot remember where the calculator was at though.
