New To site, need help with my truck

Hi everyone. Here's my situation

i have a 94 f250 with the 7.3 IDI turbo diesel. at some point in the trucks past the right side was hit to the point the knuckle needed to be replaced. When they replaced the knuckle, they used a newer style knuckle and brake caliper setup. Now my truck has 2 different brake calipers and pads. I have been told from a trusted friend that the newer knuckle is from a 96-98 ford using the pin style caliper sliders whereas my original caliper uses the old slider style that Ford used for like 30 years. i would like to replace the older style knuckle and ball joints with the 96-98 style pin type caliper but ford needs a vin number for that knucle.

Long story short can anyone let me use thier vin or part of thier vin or know of any parts trucks I can get this knuckle off of?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Feel free to email me or PM me my email is wolfnrocket@hotmail.com

Thanks again guys!!!!

Welcome to the Org. Unfortunately I don't know if many people would give up there vin number like this. But good luck with it.

So I figured out how to get a vin for the dealer, I just looked up a truck on ebay and wrote down the vin they gave. I also went to the car parts store and looked at the 96 calipers and it is definately what I need. So now the task becomes....

Does anybody have a knuckle to sell used?
