There are even colored radiator hose that Mishimoto sells for example, here in red.

Intercooler is pretty spiffy. Change you intake boots to similar color.

A warm engine(not hot), spray down with purple power and keep it wet for 10 min with purple power(stay away from the alt) then hose it off. You will be amazed with the difference

I use simple green and a pressure washer. Just don't directly spray the alternator and you'll be good. If your air filter is exposed I'd cover it. One guy on here stated tat after he did this he smelled the simple green thru his heater but I haven't experienced this yet and I've done it for years.
