ZF5 Conversion Parts List Needed!!!

Im swapping my 1996 4x4 powerstroke to 5 speed in a couple weeks. I already have a ZF5 and Tcase and Clutch. I need the following parts below. If you have any of the parts on the list, comment below with the parts you have and price. Thanks!!!!

Parts List:
•clutch/brake pedal assembly
•shifter and boots
•cross member
•ZF5 trans wiring
•Driveshafts (Front and rear)
•Manual PCM

you forgot the floor hump. and i have none of the pats

I have the PCM, harness, pedals, and pretty sure I have the floor hump too, but keeping the column cover

2000 excursion V10 2wd 230k
2000 Excursion 7.3 4x4 246k
1995 CCLB DRW 324K
2001 CCLB DRW 319K
Dp tuner infinity, exhaust, intake, chipped, tricked, and wrecked

I have the floor hump and the pedals but the pedals are pending sale at the moment. Its crazy, a month ago I had been trying to sell a complete setup for months on the cheap and nobody would touch it, I farmed it out piece by piece and now it's almost all gone.

Also needed:
* Column cover
* Hydraulics (just buy a new complete pre-built pre-bled kit)
* "Fig leaf" for PRND21 display
* Flywheel (unless included in clutch kit)
* 4x4 shifter linkage (or shorten the existing)
