Pros-none
Cons- cummins over rated, when properly tuned 7.3 better mpg, more power, very disrespectful to put one in an OBS Ford, they sound horrible compared to a 7.3 powerstroke.

You should try telling the Chebbie folks you want to put 4 banger in it instead of a Ford 429 from Honda or Toyota cause you believe it will out do a Chevy big block and get more mpg's at same time.
