SES light under heavy acceleration

Occasionally while driving and I floor it the SES light will come on somewhere over 2500rpm. It usually goes out after a few minutes. Any suggestions? Is the HPOP maybe not keeping up?

if you are running a chip and the code you are getting is p1211 or p1209 ,that is normal , dont worry about it , the oil aerates at high rpms , sets the code , after normal driving for a bit it goes out

Thanks, I had heard something to do with the oil was probably causing it.
