cruise control not working

My cruise control isnt working?

Here is what I have check so far,

All fuses
All brake lights
wiring harnesses
pressure switch on the end of the master cyclinder. I tried unhooking it and jumping it neither work.

Also reverse lights arnt working I dont know if related or not.

I did alot of work in the motor and trans and then found these not to be working after.

Any way to test anything before just replaceing parts.

I already replaced the little plastic peice on the side of the tranny that gos on the shifter arm.

Any idea why the reverse lights aren't working? Also, there is a cruise control sensor (I believe) that had some issues IIRC. Someone smarter than me should be able to help. Scruffy is a genius with these trucks, might PM him.

I have changed the peice on the side of the trans with no luck. I think I may swap pcm and try that.
