Autoenginuty ipr duty cycle?

Hey guys need a lil help. I am working with no limit tuning and design about some tuning issues. My question is they want to see injector pressure regulator duty cycle but I don't see it? I sent them data logging on the injector control pressure duty cycle and they say this is wrong. On the ae software there is no place to select for ipr duty cycle just icp duty cycle

They are the same thing (in this case). The IPR has a duty cycle since it is a valve being operated as needed. The ICP is a sensor that is constantly measuring the HP oil pressure and does not have a duty cycle (so to speak). Cheers!

All Jonathan needs to know is what the icp pressure is and at what duty cycle.

My guess is your down on power and she's a little smokey?

Get those 2 numbers with and without the chip in it.

What AE is calling ICP duty cycle is actually IPR duty cycle (simple as that). Cheers!

If you don't mind post the numbers here or PM me and I will take care of it from here!!!!

We will get the problem figured and solved...It has all the makings of a dying hpop or bad injector o-ring.

the numbers with and with out the chip will narrow it down.
A chip will enhance a hpop problem.

let me know your pressure and duty cycle...idle..1/2 throttle..wot

Thanks.

Jason
