Torque app?

I have a cheap Ebay bluetooth OBD2 connector that works with my gassers just fine. However, Torque will not connect to my 97 7.3 PCM. ANyone have any luck with other OBD2 connectors?

That's because the 7.3 isn't OBD2 compliant.

Neither is the Superduty until 2003, but I've read of several people getting it to work.

I don't have a droid so I don't keep up with this app. but did you flip all those options so that it will talk to a Ford diesel?

I added the Ford PID list, but it won't even connect. It's bummer, it's great for the basic stuff.

I'd love to get AE, but don;t even have a Windows machine anymore.

I used my torque app on my dad's obs 7.3. worked fine. Did you download the ford PID, or the Powerstroke one? there is a specific one for powerstroke.
