Run your car on water?

Supposidly they got systems out there like these two systems..
Works on gas or diesel powered cars, vans, trucks, and SUVs. Your car will become up to 50% more fuel efficient and produce cleaner emissions. There simple process involves only tap water. No need for distilled water or special water additives. Run Your Car with Water is surely the best on market you can get.

I was talking to my folks last night and they told me they were converting to the Run Your Car with Water from above. So, I know it has to be B.S. because if they buy into something it has to be bogus , just like the timeshares, "really great" health insurance plans, car financing offers, etc. I'll let you know how long it is before their Ranger blows up.
