Where's my ECM

Where's my ecm located in my truck?

1995 F250 7.3 turbo
3 inch dp into 4 inch exhaust
tymar intake, Isspro boost, pyro, tranny temp gauges
tow and go shift kit, DIY electric fuel pump system with fuel pressure gauge,bronco tank mod
kcm ss hpx line, stancor gpr, 203 thermostat, 03 starter
TWchip 6 postion daily,econo,tow,street,xtreme,highidle
Banks intercooler and pipe kit,Idm Mod,CCV Mod
Plant drive wvo kit(hotfox,vegmax filters,26fphe, vegthermmega and gauges for cooliant and wvo temp)
Dana 60 front axle swap

the computer is located on the left side of the parking brake pedal, you have to remove the parking brake pedal to take the computer out, i never got it out though, had to put chip in with it still half way in the truck, unplugged of course.

Chock the wheels of your truck. Use a 3/8 drive ratchet with a 1/2" deep socket to take out the 3 nuts that hold on your parking brake assembly. Undo the clip attached to the wire from the top of the assembly. Slide off the entire assembly and set it down on the floor. Behind that you will see your computer and the stock chip will be sticking out of the back. I see you ordered a chip from Tony, you will not be disappointed!

To actually pull out the computer to properly clean the service port connection to add the chip (and remove port cover,) from the engine compartment, undo bolt in PCM connector (10mm) and remove weatherstrip flange (2 10mm nuts.) Undo bolts from fender wheel lip to plastic splash shield. Press splash shield toward tire and slide computer out off recess in firewall. For chip install, noting static precautions, remove plastic service port cover, and remove 4 4mm? head bolts on computer case. Lift off tin cover, then separate computer box sections. CAREFULLY "drag" away silicone sealer from both sides of service port card edge connector using razor or x-acto blade. Clear away remaining residue with alcohol and q-tips. Reassemble case and plug in chip. For chips with switches (multi position,) removing the parking brake pedal will allow ease of fishing the switch harness to the desired dash location.
