New Valair flywheel doesn't fit??

Im doing my zf5 swap this weekend, everything was going smooth until i tried to install my valiar 13" flywheel last night. It doesn't fit on the output shaft of the engine. has anyone had this problem? It looks like it should fit but the flywheel is a bit smaller. I have a 1997 f350, california model.. previously an e4od truck. Not sure if that changes anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!!

This guy has a Southbend '95 F250 4x4 - Bringing It Back From The Dead....

But his problem was the wrong flywheel in the right box. Maybe that's what happened to yours.
