Thinking of converting my 95 to a 4x4

Have a chance to buy a front Dana 60 out of a 93 along with the matching rear 10.25. He also has the rear housing and out put shaft from the back of a ZF5 along with the T case. Included would be these misc extra parts that I could use some of.
Front leaves
Rancho shocks
brakelines
draglink/tie rod
driveshaft
track bar/mount (bolts to engine crossmember)
BW1356 shifter/boot
It is local and said he would take $1375 for everything. Does this sound like a good deal. How tough is it to install the tranny parts? Would I need to bring it to a rebuilder and have them do a rebuild and assemble it?
