truck shuts off help
while driving the tack reads zero,battery light flashing,volt meeter<8 volts,truck shuts off. started back up but noticed on the way back home everything went back to normal but when i pulled up to the house it died and wont start like the battery's are dead..

I suggest you charge the batteries. Then test them and have the alternator tested as well. Sounds like an electrical problem.

|
Check the passenger side UVC harness. When mine went out it acted like what you are describing.
