Need some quick advice.

Ok, im going to buy a new cam sensor and keep my other one as a backup in my glove box. When i went to international they said the cam sensor from the 466 is actually an upgrade. But it costs 80 bucks more. I dont mind spending the extra 80 bucks, but will i actually see a gain? or should i just use the money towards a chip? I tried to search about this topic, but didnt find any info. Also, if i do go this route, will there be any risks?
