How to plumb an aux. fuel tank.
I fabbed up a aux fuel tank to go under my truck box and I need to know how you all would recomend I route the transfer line to the fuel tank. I would really like to gravity feed it for simplicitys sake but would be willing to put a small 12v fuel pump to help the fuel along. I looked at the kit from Northern tool but it is for the newer models and not my oldy. Any help would be appreciated.
thanks |

Check your fuel fill hose to see what it's diameter is and see if this one will fit - look at the note under "Addt'l Product Specs" about fitting some older Ford pickups. Diesel Install Kit for Auxiliary Diesel Fuel Tank Fits Chevy/GMC Trucks, Model# 011029 | Auxiliary Fuel Tanks | Northern Tool + Equipment
Furthermore, this paper may help in your installation if you haven't already done it. http://www.rocketcityrockcrawlers.co...7-06-18_R1.pdf Good luck. Al |
